Hi,

Can i have evaluation board for measuring local and remote temperature(using Diode connected transistor) using temperature monitor ICs like LM99 etc

Hi Srikanth,

There is currently no EVM for the LM99. However there is an EVM for the LM63, LM64, LM96063, and LM96163 that has both local and remote diode measurements with the additional features of fan control. Please see this link: www.ti.com/.../lm63lm64lm96x63evm
