Hi,

When the communication works normally.

Is there a possibility that the fixed count value is output by a fault in an A/D converter.?(abnormal case)

There is no fault detection in the A/D converter that will output a predetermined count due to internal error.

At power-on, the temperature register is reset to 0. It will read 0 until the first temperature conversion has completed. This takes about 40ms.

What kind of data is output due to internal error?

(Zero?,Reading data just before the error occurrence?,or others?)

It would be the last reading, but it really depends on what caused the fault. If it were broken at power-on, the reading would always be zero. It's very unlikely to have a damaged A/D and a working communication.
