TDC7200 Differential nonlinearity (DNL) measurement

Hi,

I am using TDC7200EVM and MSP430F5529LP, I wanna know the DNL of TDC7200 but cannot find it in the datasheet, so I measure it by the following setup:

Start input: 1 MHz pulse, Stop input: 1.0001 MHz pulse (RIGOL DG4162 function generator), the measured result is 

For 0~200 ns, the DNL is influenced by the cross-talk of the start & stop pulses, but for longer time, it seems that the DNL is still not so good (about 40% LSB), is there something wrong with my setup or something else? Could anyone please measure the DNL and post? Thanks.
