Shimizu-san, I have measured this using infinite persistence and found the jitter width to be 18µs.

Shimizu-san, this jitter is mostly a result of the sensor's periodic sampling being asynchronous to the real changing magnetic field.

Yes, the chopper stabilization frequency is the same as the sample rate I mentioned.

Why does not TI show about this jitter information in datasheet?

I guess the original datasheet author didn't see this as something necessary to define. And in my experience, microseconds of jitter typically have an insignificant effect on motor performance, unless it's high speed and has many poles; however, many high speed BLDC systems go sensorless anyway.

I acknowledge that the exact jitter can certainly be important for some cases, and there is always value in stating more information.
