Hi Sir,

LDC1314 is recommended to be implemented as load sensor for washing machine application but I can't find any reference design on TI website.

Do you have any reference design? If not, please help to advise the method to interface with the washing machine and MCU?

Hello Hong,
depending on how the drum is mounted, the LDC could perform either one of two measurements:
1. It can measure proximity of the drum or a piece of metal that is attached to the drum. If the drum is closer to the coil, it has a higher load.
2. It can measure the compression of a spring: e2e.ti.com/.../inductive-sensing-how-to-sense-spring-compression

I'm afraid we don't have a reference design for washing machine load measurement at this time.
