PGA 450 GUI cann`t open when evm usb inserted

dear 

      l plant to use pga450 sensor in my UAV; l bought the PGA450Q1EVM-S User's Guide and TIDA-00151 UART Demo Instructional and tiger board ;

download the PGA450Q1EVM GUI v1.50.1 from ti web,   after l  connected the usb interface of evm; the gui cann`t open; pulled out the usb ;the gui

can start again; whtat `s the reson? so confused, and what`s the different of PGA450Q1EVM GUI v1.50.1 and TIDA-00151 UART Demo Firmware for PGA450-Q1 v2.6 ? which softwaren should l use?  need your help ! thank you !
