TIDA-00314 Not Recognized in COM Ports

Hello,

I have a TIDA-00314 design that is not responsive. It vibrates when it is powered but does not respond to any button presses. I downloaded the GUI and got a different TIDA-00314 to connect properly. This one, however, is not even showing up in the COM ports. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I'm sorry about the inconvenience. Since you managed to connect and use one of your two units correctly, it suggests that the other one is faulty. Could you please send it to me for analysis?

Hi Kelly,

you may need to install the driver manually which means you have to select the unidentified USB device in you device manager and update the driver manually by selecting the file from your TIDA-00314 installation folder (there is one folder called "Drivers").

Hey Thomas,

I do believe I tried that. That was how I got the 2nd device to work properly. I have sent it back to Ben now. Thanks for the support team.
