Hi Team,

The customer is using LM90CIMMX/NOPB. He needs to get the Junction temperature, Tj and Junction to ambient thermal resistance, θJA to do thermal analysis.

Hi Mickey,

We don't have the thermal information for the LM90 but the LM89 is in the same family, just respec'd. The theta-JA for the VSSOP package is 158C/W. The other thermal information can be found in the LM89 datasheet if needed.

Yes the theta-ja for the LM90CIMMX/NOPB is 158C/W typical.

I don't understand your second question completely, but I'll attempt to give you an answer:

The local temperature accuracy is specified at a maximum ambient temperature (TA) of 125C. The remote temperature accuracy is specified with LM90 TA maximum of 85C. I believe this is why the operating maximum temperature for the device is set to 85C max in the operating ratings table.
