Hi,

I found the "Ilkg(off) Off-state leakage current" MAX spec is 1uA at DRV5023 datasheet page 6.

But there is blank on typical value.

Can you share your information of the Typ Iq ?

TS, typical leakage on the high-impedance output is <10nA.

just one more simple question.
is the typ leakage current of DRV5033 is almost same as DRV5023's?
If not, can you provide the typ Iq value of DRV5033?

below is my last question.

at the first question, "Ilkg(off) Off-state leakage current" spec at DRV5023 datasheet page 6,
the test condition is 'output HI-Z'.

my question is for DRV5033-Q1 'FI' version.
I think this condition is 'output low-z' , am I right?

If not please explain for me.

TS, this leakage spec also applies to the DRV5023-Q1 FI when its output is high-impedance. Of course, for the FI, the applied magnetic field to get the output to be high-impedance is inverted.

For the AJ version, the actual test condition should be "B < BRP". For the FI version, the actual test condition should be "B > BOP".
