LM94023: BGA Part Marking

Hi,

Please could you tell me the correct topside mark for LM94023BITME. The field is blank on the datasheet and the part marking lookup doesn't recognise the part. I have parts marked with "t" and also parts marked with
"d".

Hi Phil,

The marking on the LM94023 is a single character date code and changes based on the week that the device was produced. Both 't' and 'd' as well as other characters are possible.
