Hi,

Do you have rough value of parasitic capacitance of INA and INB? I'm asking this because my customer would like to know if the Parasitic capacitance of INA and INB will affect to sensor capacitor.

    Hi Satoshi,

    These values have not been specd for the LDC1101 but we estimate this value to be less than 10 pF. Parasitic pin capacitance on INA and INB will come in to play and affect performance if the sensor capacitor value is equal to or less than the parasitic cap. We would recommend that the sensor cap be at least around 100 pF.
