Our customer is test the TMP435.
In most cases the temperature of local and remote has little difference, about 35 °C.
But when the remote temperature rises to 100 °C, the local temperature rises to 100 °C, too. Is that normal?

Can you please share the diagram of your customer system? The remotes sensor and the local one are independent measurements, however if there is no thermal isolation where the remote diodes and the TM435 IC (local sensor)) are placed, they will measure the same.
Also the application note below should help on the PCB and system design guidelines for remotes in general. Please let us know f the document is clear on these topics.
