TMP468: THERM/THERM2 differences, threshold change when BUSY = 1

Two questions in regards to TMP464/TMP468:

1. Is there any difference between the THERM and THERM2 outputs (one is supposed to be configured at a higher temp than the other, speed, etc), or are the essentially equal and independent? I can't see any differences or dependencies in the datasheet.

2. Can the THERM thresholds be changed while the BUSY bit = 1 (don't have to wait for it to be = 0)? I assume yes, with the caveat that if the ADC is busy when the THERM threshold is changed, the THERM output may or may not change in the same conversion cycle, depending on the channel and when it occurred in the cycle.
