TMP464: Placement of Cdiff and Rs

We are using the diode-connected PNP connection, leaving footprints for Cdiff and Rs to test during bringup.

Is it preferred to put Rs and Cdiff closer to the PNP or closer to the TMP464? The sensors are about 60-80mm from the IC, via FPC connector.
