Hi Bogey,
In order to run the TMP116 GUI, the LabVIEW 2016 runtime engine is required to install in your computer during the installation wizard. There is a checkbox you must checked so that it will automatically download the software.

I had setup LabVIEW 2017 , but always show same error once start the TMP116 GUI , may you advise to us?

I recommend to still check the box for the NI RUN TIME ENGINE during installation, meaning uninstall and install the TMP116 GUI . You may have Labview without the Run Time Engine in your present configuration.

Hi Chen,

You most likely need the 2016 version of the runtime, but I'm unable to confirm while on holiday. Other versions of the runtime won't do you any good. (They don't supersede themselves.)
