IWR1443: Can we use mmWave radar inside water?

Is it possible to use mmWave radar inside water to detect objects?
It seems it is not possible, but I would like to confirm.

Hello KoT,

Unfortunately this is not going to be possible since water is among one of the most reflective surfaces for Radar.
