I have checked USB connection. 

In Device Manager, the Com Port can be detected.

Please disconnect the USB cables from the EVM and the DevPack and disconnect the power cable. Ensure that the male header pins from the DevPack are completely inserted into the female header pins on the EVM. Ensure proper connection of the LVDS ribbon cable. Additionally, ensure that you are connecting the two USB cables to separate USB ports. If you are using a passive USB hub, then this will cause problems. If you are using a USB multi-port hub, it must be a powered hub.

Let us know if any of this resolves the issues.

I'm not sure my power supply (5V,2A) have some influences on the EVM

We recommend that the power supply for the EVM have a minimum requirement of 5V and 2.5A. Having only a 2A power supply might present a problem during initial power up.

OK, I will test the EVM as soon as possible when I get my power supply (5V,4A)

I've take a new power supply(5V, current 3A). But it still doesn't work. I bought the board in March. Could you help me to change to new board?

I have test the EVM using power supply (5V, 3A). According to the current value shown in the pictures I provided, I doubt that the EVM does not work.

Try removing both jumpers and so that no SOP pins are tied together.

Also, close out RadarStudio and reopen it once the jumpers are removed and the EVM and DEVPACK are powered up.

It looks like you will need to replace your current EVM with a new one.
