We are using TMP235 SOT-23 (3 pin) package for our design. I can't find any stock anywhere to order. How can I get it?

Hi Kelvin,

I am not seeing any option to buy 3 pin (TMP235 SOT-23) version. All are 5 pins. Please check may be I am looking at wrong link.

I need 20pcs for proto build immediately as assembly is stopped.

Unfortunately, the SOT-23 version is not available to order yet. It's under preview right now.

Hi Kelvin,

When it is expected to release?

Is there any other compatible device with same foot print you can suggest? It will require us to change the layout and it's not easy and will impact our project.

As a suggestion , it will be good if you please highlight in the datasheet so others don't face the similar issue.

What is the operating temperature range, min supply voltage, gain requirements?
