LM60-Q1: Accuracy beyond 125C

Part Number: LM60-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM60, LM50

The LM60 lists an operating temp range of -40/+125 with a max storage temp of +150C.  I assume that the part still functions from 125 to 150C but with reduced accuracy?

Can you tell me if there is any data that estimates what the accuracy would be from 125 to 150C?  Would this also apply towards the LM50?  This particular application is being fed by a 5V supply.

Thank You
