LM60: The order information

Hi Ti Experts

Could anyone teach me how to distinguish LM60BIM3X from LM60BIM3, as I cannot find anything mentioned for that in datasheet expect the SPQ information. thanks.

Hi Kent,

The devices are both specified in the datasheet as LM60Bs and will have identical packaging and specs. You are correct that the only difference is the SPQ.
