PGA300: EEPROM data retention

Hello,

I would like you to confirm about below.

* According to datasheet, there is no description about EEPROM usecase condition.

Data retention of EEPROM is defined min 10 years. However, there is no description about temperature condition.

Could you please tell us temperature condition for above spec ?

Hi Machida-san,

The EEPROM specifications are defined over the operating free-air temperature range at Vdd = 5V. So for the case of the data retention, the 10 year minimum spec is good for the entire free-air operating range (-40C to 150C).
