    Hello Ivan

    If you are looking for devices which have stand alone thermostat capability, then you should look at temperature switches.

    Devices like the TMP303 are factory programmed, while devices like TMP708/709 are resistor programmable.

    If you can provide information on what the range of temperature settings is going to be, it would be easier for us to recommend a part.
