LDC1614: Which multiplexer can I use to connect multiple coils to a single channel?

I am working on a project with the LDC1614. I want to connect 8 different coils to a single LDC1614 chip. I still have these chips in stock: cd74hc4067 (http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/cd74hc4067.pdf

For some reason everything I wrote after the pdf linked was removed.

My goal is to connect 8 coils, all working on an oscillation between 6 and 7 MHz. The distance between the ldc1614 and the coils is <7cm. Since I still have the cd74hc4067 chips in stock, I was wondering if it is feasible to use this chip. I am okay with using only a single channel to switch between all coils.

Does anyone know more about the limits I will be facing? Will the quality of the measured inductance value suffer a lot from using this chip instead of another one?

Hi Dan,

i recommend looking at TI reference design TIDA-01102
(www.ti.com/.../tiducr1.pdf)
they use TS3A5017 as multiplexer there.
