Hello,
The ADC can take a max of +1V input voltage swing.
Regarding the ENOB and precision of reference etc. we cannot provide the internal design details. All these are finally impacting the noise figure and that spec is mentioned in the datasheet. At system level noise figure is the spec you would need for your analyses.

Hello,
You mean the GPADC for general purpose usage? The reference voltage for the GPADC is 1.8V. The procession of the voltage depends on the external 1.8V volts fed to the AWr device.
The ENOB is roughly 9bits.
