IWR1443BOOST: How to get timestamped samples (in local PC time)?

I am using mmWave Demo Visualizer to record data using "Record Start" option in the plots tab . Attached is file example of the data collected.

I tried to extract the timestamp of the samples from the file. I can only find "cycles" field plotted below for all samples of the attached file

How do I translate them to local PC (where the file is saved) time ? Any suggestions?
