I'v got a question regarding the timing of the two switches S1 and S2. I wont to use the IVC102 wit a variable integration time. I will do the following:
- apply sensor signal by closing S1
- wait until output of the IVC201 reaches a defined value, using a comparator, and count the time
- then open S1
- wait for time 1 (holding time in the data sheet)
- close S2
- wait for 10µs to discharge the integrator
- open S2
- wait time 2 (pre integration time in data sheet)
- open S1 for next cycle
Now my question, I'd like to make the time 1 and time 2 as small as possible. When I have a look on the slew rate of the amplifier the data sheet says 3v/µs. so my max. output voltage will be arround 2V, so would it be OK, if time 1 and time 2 are 1µs?
