DRV5013-Q1: Angle Measurement accuracy

Part Number: DRV5013-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV5055

Dear Community

Use the Hall sensor to measure the angle of the DC motor.
The measurement error is a requirement of ±1°.
Do you have a Hall sensor that satisfies this?

Thanks.

  • Hello Mike,

Our bipolar, linear Hall effect sensor DRV5055 can support angle measurement with a two-chip solution as shown in the DRV5055-ANGLE-EVM. With calibration, error of < ±1° is achieved.
