Hi Anne,

Schematic looks ok and aligns with our recommend application diagram with transistors in diode-connected configuration.

I am not sure what you mean by "TMP423 function will work well when BJT on/off?" These BJTs cannot be biased by anything other than the TMP device.

Hi David,

Many thanks for your reply ~ we need to make sure the BJT on/off in this design is correct, but we don’t how to calculate it in this schematics.

Would you share this method and true table to us when BJT on/off?

Anne,

The TMP423 will take care of biasing (turning On/Off) the BJT so there is no need to calculate the turning On/Off of the BJT.
