Is there no problem if it is immersed in the solder bath?
(Dip the device into the solder liquid layer)

Please let me know if there is a time or temperature limit

Page 1 of the Addendum (in the back) in the datasheet for this device has a table in which one column is labled MSL Peak Temp.
As with many devices the solder profile is recommended to peak at 260C - you can see Figure 3 on page 4 for a graphical representation of that process.
Usually SOT23 package can go through wave soldering, but i think generally it is not recommended for surface mount components - if that is what you were describing as the solder process.
