I bought a DCA1000EVM board from your company,when I use it ,some problem happen:
when I connect the DCA1000EVM+AWR1642BOOST with the MMwave studio ,No RadarAPI interface display in the MMwave studio.
Instead, the following information is displayed ：
Three solutions are given in the User guide instruction manual：
a) Uninstall HSDC Pro
b) Install it again while TSW1400 board is connected through USB
c) Re-launch the mmWaveStudio GUI
But my board is DCA1000EVM,I I did not install the HSDC Pro and no use the TSW1400,So the a and b solutions simply can't solve my problem.
In addition, I have restarted MMwave Studio many times and it has no effect.
Other than that, what I want to explain is：
a)Board, the power supply is definitely no problem, because it can be used on another computer.
b)The port is also correct, as in the user guide！
c) MMwave studio and Matlab Engine versions are OK:
So how should I solve this problem now?
In addition, I found that I did not encounter this problem, but many people encountered the same problem.
But you didn't give an effective solution, is there a quality problem with your hardware?
