Thanks for using the TI forums! I believe that ultrasonic cleaning is fine for our products, but I am reaching out to our design engineers to get a more detailed answer. I will respond shortly once I've had a chance to speak with them.

Chentsu,

I spoke with the team, and they are not aware of any restrictions around ultrasonic cleaning. As long as you follow correct procedures for other devices, there shouldn’t be an issue.
