Have downloaded snoc028f but it has no file extension (.zip) so cannot extract the files?????

Dear Donald -

Please try it again, perhaps there were some networking issues - I just downloaded from TI.com, the zip looks complete and the installer is present.

Answered my own question. Appended .zip to the end of the file and opened it with WinZip.
