hello

i want to use CAN interface of AWR1443BOOST . Can anybody share information on how to use the same? For example the required CAN data base for logging the data over CAN of range angle and velocity.

Hi,

The MMWAVE-SDK provides the CAN driver that can be used on the AWR1443 . We do not provide any CAN database.

Please refer to the CAN driver in the MMWAVE-SDK for the driver details and the reference application.

hello,

I went through MMWAVE-SDK user guide documentation for CAN driver details and reference application. However I couldn't locate the same. Can you help in this context with ready and direct reference available?

Also one more question related to the above area ,On CAN pins of AWR1443Boost is it data default available or we need to enable?

Prashant,

You can refer to the CAN driver code in "MMWAVE-SDK-INSTALL-PATH\packages\ti\drivers\can" .

The reference application does the required pinmux and then can send out the data over the CAN interface.

hello,

Can you please share any sample code/Documentation on how to program AWR1443Boost EVM to enable CAN pins? Also what platform I should install to program to do so?

Prashanth,

Please install the MMWAVE-SDK . then look at the CAN driver path I mentioned in the above post for the CAN driver code. Also please read the mmwave-sd-user-guide for the steps to build the code and using the application image on the EVM.
