Hello,
in the TIDEP-0104 "Obsacle Detection Reference Design" sheet it is stated that the maximum range is 20m.
But if I use the formular d_{max}={IF_{max}*c}/{2*S}, where S is the slope of the chirp and IF_{max} is the IF-bandwidth, and the values S=67.978 MHz/microsecond (taken from the ods_default_config chrip config file of the Demo) and IF_{max} = 5MHz (taken out of the AWR1642 Datasheet page 32), the value of the maximum range should only be around 11 meters.
How is this possible?
