This can be generated from the Altium Designer CAD database found on the EVM page. http://www.ti.com/tool/MMWCAS-RF-EVM. I am attaching the exported STEP file here as well.

Not to worry Randy, I managed to get an evaluation version of Altium Designer CAD and generate the step files myself.
