IWR6843: The temp of the IWR6843

Hi

We design a board base on IWR6843. But i find that the temperature of the chip  has some questions.

When we run the ODS code in IWR6843 and read the TX temp and PM temp into the chip from software.

I find that the chip temperature is nearly 78 degree when run one hour in 25 environment degree. 

I think the junction temperature  that i read from software is higher than i except. 

So i want to confirm whether it has some questions and how can i solve it?
