Hello
I noticed for the LM96063 datasheet, it doesn't say explicitly what to do with the exposed pad on the package. Should it be tied to ground? Left floating? Something else?
I also checked http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slua271b/slua271b.pdf which is referenced in the datasheet.
I assume it has to be tied to ground for best electrical and thermal connection. However, I'd like to verify my assumption. Also I'm curious where to find that information in the documentation.
