Can someone recommend whether I can use DRV5055-Q1 for PMSM control?
I need to sense the absolute position and will this give Analog o/p as measure of absolute position?

However, the portion of the magnetic field sensed will be relative to magnet and sensor orientations
As the magnet moves or rotates, the sensor will experience a varying magnetic field which will aid in determining the angle of the magnet orientation. However, a single DRV5055 will not be able to resolve absolute position. Aside from minimum, maximum, and zero crossing, there will be two magnet positions for each magnetic field magnitude. To resolve this error, a second sensor placed 90 degrees from the first will help determine the exact angle.
