OPT9221: SLEEP input

I would like to keep the OPT9221 device running at all time; it never goes into sleep. Hence, I would like to permanently tie the SLEEP signal (on pin B1) to the correct voltage. I cannot find this information in the documentation; do I need to connect it to GND or VCCIO1 (1.8 V)?
