    Hi SHH,

    The schematic seems to be okay, but I'm having a bit of trouble seeing the schematic PNG as it appears to be very low resolution.

    For the layout, it looks like they have added several vias beneath the thermal pad of the device. The footprint recommended in the datasheet shows vias in the thermal pad as optional (see below). We typically recommend leaving these out. I would also make sure that they are using a split solder paste stencil like the one shown in this drawing.
