DRV5023: DRV5023BIQDBZT TI Store deliver. Pins are not taking the tin

Hi Sensors Team,

There might be a quality issue with the delivery 7912228911 from the TI store.

The DRV5023BIQDBZT pins are not taking the tin for soldering. On a closer look at those pins there is a clear discoloration, maybe oxidation.

Could you please help us to take care of this quality issue? And how to handle the return on the TI Store?

Thanks for using E2E. There is general information regarding returns here.

Typically, the product needs to return to TI in the same channel that it was delivered (distribution, etc.). Since this order was purchased directly from the TI store, you need to complete the return request submission form, and make sure you follow TI's guidelines for handling customer returns. Once we have accepted the request, return instructions will be provided. Products should not be shipped until instructed to do so.
