I have question.

The central idea when acquiring data is

1.Think in the middle of the transmitting and receiving antenna (Transmitting and receiving antenna)

2.Think in the middle of the receiving antenna (Receiving antenna)

Which one is correct ?

Are both wrong ?

Is this question for Antenna radiation pattern measurement for Individual antenna ? Or sensor calibration?

Thank you for quick response.

I think you can get location information (X,Y,Z) as a millimeter wave radar.

Where are the origins in X direction (left and right) and Z direction (up and down) ?

In my understanding, the origin in the Y direction (front and back) is the surface of the IC.
