OPT3001EVM: tUSE Tio32.dll to control OPT3001 EVM (Need C# example or io32_Api.h and Tio32_defs.h by C example)

Dear All:
I just begin to stduy how to control OPT3001.
And I got OPT3001EVM recently. I want to modify OPT3001ScreenDimmer
(something like OPT3001UserExperience.exe)with calling Tio32.dll by my self.

I need import the tio32_Api.h and Tio32_defs.h files in c example, but I can't find them.
I have reference the latest article in the forum
e2e.ti.com/.../476229
and got the link www.ti.com/.../serial-bus-e evm
However this link is invaild now.
Does someone can help to get them?

Or someone can give me c# example about OPT3001

    I have not been able to track down the header files for this. The DLL is included in our labview code as you probably know, but no luck if locating the header files.
