from the schematic above POE_NET15 is supposed to be disconnectoed to Vss(pin 7 of U3"TPS23753APW")

but from ther gerber data there is a connection between FB2 and VSS.

which one is right?

sorry, due to the security issues, it's hard to capture the image and upload it.

but this circuit is given by TI also the gerber data is given by TI Design files of "MMWAVEPOEEVM"

please check the schmatic and gerber data of Design files and let me know which one is correct...

As highlighted the POE_NET15 is on the same net as VSS pin 7. Can you provide more details on your question?

i thought the cross symbol(X) on the POE_NET15 means "disconnection".

so you mean POE_NET15 must be connected to "VSS", is it right?

then, what does the cross symbol(X) mean?
