TMP235-Q1: TMP235AE-Q1 vs TMP235AQ-Q1?

Part Number: TMP235-Q1

Hi team,

What is difference between AE & AQ? I can't find anything from the datasheet except the "Op Temp" is up to 125C for AQ from the packaging information section. Is this the only difference?

From datasheet, TMP235-Q1 is specified up to 150C ==> so what is the 125C for?

  • Hi PY,

You highlighted the right spec here. The difference between the AE and AQ package designator is the full operating temperature range.

AE - Grade 0 extended operating range up to 150˚C

AQ - Grade 1 operating range up to 125˚C

Another difference here would be the price point. The AQ version would be cheaper as it has the more limited operating temperature range spec.
