CCS/OPT3002: The address for the OPT3002 is bit shifted

Part Number: OPT3002

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hello,

We are using the OPT3002 in a new instrument. We address the device via a write 0x44 [0100 0100] to the device, but when I look at the decoded bus on the scope I see 0x88 [1000 1000] is written. Is something happening internally to shift the bits by one?

Thanks,

Patrick
