Hello guys,
One of my customers is using DRV5013-Q1 for their BLDC motors.
They have an question about DRV5013-Q1 package structure as the follow.
Could you please give me your reply?
Q. Does DRV5013-Q1 use flip chip structure?
We need to use lead-free package device if the device uses flip chip structure
because the European ELV regulations have changed and lead-free packaging is required for flip chip packages.
