LDC1614-Q1: input capacitance

Hi team,

Could you advice the min/typ/max of input capacitance for the pins below?

Pin1 : SCL

Pin2 : SDA

Pin 9 to 16 : Sensor input (it is specified as typical 4pF. I would like to know min and max)

    Hi Shinji,

    Thanks for reaching out, all of the outlined pins are buffered inputs therefore the pin capacitance will be dictated primarily by the parasitic capacitance of the package. So for  SCL and SDA though it is not defined in the datasheet it should be similar to the sensor input. There is no Min and Max defined in the datasheet for the sensor inputs capacitance, after layout i would assume this would be negligible compared to the parasitics introduced by the coil.
