Hi,
my customer evaluates the LDC1312EVM Rev. A. He uses the GUI that detected the EVM right away. Since the sensor didnt output any values, he tried a FW update of the board via the GUI. Now the laptop doesnt detect the EVM anymore.
A second EVM was treated the same way. Same error occured.
What has not worked:
- short the pins PUR and VUSB of the MCU to load bootstrap loaderand enable a new FW download
- in device manager uninstall the unknown usb device / disconnect the evm / reinstall sensing solutions EVM GUI with admin rights / reconnect
