The datasheet has no specification for performance over time. Is that because of the topology, e.g. the current sources do not change greatly over time and the ADC is purely a digital function, requiring no onboard reference?

    Hi James,

    While we do not have a spec for performance over time, we did do HTOL testing at 125 °C for 1000 hours and passed.  You can find the qualification summary here.  You can use the Arrhenius equation to find the equivalent years at your application temperature.  

    For example 1000 hours at 125 °C is approximately 13 years of operation at 50 °C.
